Wildernesses Rock

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Rock.

Cleft Rock.

Rock riven.

None other Rock.

Wildernesses Rock.

Smitten Rock bleeds waters.

Quenching waters quicken thirst,

Thirst for my Pursuer,

Pursuing to save.

Salves my heart.

My riven heart.

Flesh, from

Stone.

  1. Dear Ron,

I pray you have had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. I enjoyed this poem “wilderness rock”. Great structure and imagery. I am preaching Matthew 3 of john preaching repentance In the wilderness. So many Biblical imageries. Glad to read the work of The Lord flowing from your art. Many blessings.
